1 Tbs olive oil
½ tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp crushed red peppers
½ cup sliced onions
2 cloves minced garlic
12 oz vegetables of your choice
½ red bell pepper sliced
8 oz small mushrooms
1 tsp soy sauce
1 lb tofu cut into 1/2" cubes
2 green onions chopped
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp sesame seeds
In a wok heat olive and sesame oils and pepper flakes over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and soy sauce; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 - 3 minutes. In a
non-stick skillet cook tofu over medium-high heat until golden brown. Then add tofu, green onions, sesame seeds, and
cilantro to wok Stir-fry till heated through.
