Grilled Salmon


3-4 lbs Salmon filet
1 cup peanut oil
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup red wine vinegar
6 tbs brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp non-iodized salt

Whisk together all ingredients and place in large casserole dish. Rinse salmon in cold water and drain. Cut salmon into serving sized pieces and place in marinade flesh side down. Let marinate 4 to 6 hours. Place on hot grill flesh side down and grill over low heat for 10 minutes. Turn and finish grilling (approx 10 minute).

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ready in: marinating time plus 20 minutes
