Double Stuffed Potatoes


4 medium potatoes
2 cups cooked ham chopped into 1/2" cubes
10 oz package of frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
8 oz tub of chive and onion cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated cheese

Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 350, then let cool to room temperature. Cut potatoes in half length wise and scoop out inside leaving about a ¼" against the skin. Place scooped out potato in electric mixer bowl and add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well with electric mixer (depending on the consistency you like). Place shells on baking sheet and spoon mixture back in shells. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until warm through out.
