2 Medium sweet potatoes (about 1 lb) peeled and cut into 1" cubes
2 Cans green beans
1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained
20 oz Vegetable broth
1 small oniion sliced
2 tsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup slivered almonds
Combine sweet potatoes, onions, broth and spices in large pan. Cook over medium heat till potatoes are soft.
Add beans and heat till warm. Add almonds, mix well and serve.
