Candied Yams and Peaches


29 oz of canned yams
15 oz can of peach slices with juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbs margarine or butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 oz cashews
3 tbs flour
8 oz bag of marshmallows

Combine margarine and dry ingredients till cut into course crumbs. Arrange yams and peaches in a 3 qt. Casserole; sprinkle with nut & sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cover top with mini-marshmallows and broil till they brown.
