Most of my life I have cooked out of pure necessity. As I have aged though (like a fine wine), I have really started to enjoy cooking and the joy it brings to my friends and family. With that age (and the fact that my wife is a nurse) came the wisdom that I couldn't make chocolate chip cookies for every meal. The kids were almost as disapointed as I was to learn this.
Some of the recipes listed here reflect my changing style toward healthier eating and some are just plain old "comfort food". Whichever you choose, I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
