This is the can for a 22 gallon fuel cell. There is no bladder or rollover valve in this sale. This can is in good usable condition. I believe it is an ATL but it has been painted so I can't tell for sure. The measurements of the actual cell part are 18" wide X 9 3/4" tall X 33 1/2" long. The overall width is 19 3/4" as it has a lip to mount the cover to on both sides. If you have been looking for one of these for your race car, you know how EXPENSIVE they are. I bought this and it won't fit my frame. What's the old saying, "measure twice and buy once"? My blunder = your gain. $60.00.
