The bell housing and transmission go in.

The new cross member and transfer case are finally in.

I made a new mount for the transfer case shifters to make them easier to reach.

The new mount installed on the side of the SM420 transmission.

I also decided to add some mid engine mounts for a little more support.

The traction bar was already built it just needed to be put in.

The muffler, speedometer cable and transfer case vent are installed.

I couldn't find a machine shop that would bore out the center of my Dana 60 "C's".

So I drilled them out with a hole saw.

Believe me, that took a while and I had to do it for both sides.

It fits.

I shaved the bottom for some additional ground clearance.

Installed and ready for alignment and welding.

Very cool portable alignment gauge I borrowed from my friend.

I had to set the alignment before I welded the "C's" to the housing.

There it is all welded and ready to be sand blasted and painted.

Back from the blaster and primed.

Roll cage primed.

Sliders almost done being primed.
